Wine is made from 90 % Grenache and 10 % Carignan. Selection of the best and oldest vines of the estate. Fermentation for 4 days, maceration for 3 weeks. Aging for more than one year in barrels (no new wood). Deep red, nose of candied red fruits, spices, powerful, balanced, long palate persistence. Very long aging (over 20 years). Can also be drunk young with its aromas of red fruits.
