100% Chenin Blanc grape variety. Average age of the vines 10 years. Area and type of crop is 1 ha biodynamic culture (AB - Demeter — Biodyvin). Soil is exposure Kimeridgian limestone outcropping top of hills 350 m altitude. Vinification Manual harvesting Destemming Maceration 1 year under marc in amphorae 200 L. Aged in 200 L amphorae for 12 months. Not glued, not filtered. Total SO2: less than 30 mg / L.
