100% Grenache Noir. Maceration overnight, then pressing. Fermentation in barrels, 7 months aging on lees. Bottled in March. Ripe fruits (strawberries, cherries, plums) with spicy notes. A rich, long and fruity palate. Food / wine pairing: anchovy dishes, fish (tuna, redfish on piperade), shellfish.
