Strong, sweet cherry and menthol aroma. Bright and very juicy wine with soft tannins.Traditional from the Beaujolais with a high vines density (4500-5000 vines per acre) and an average age of 75 years old. The pruning is the gobelet. An important hand-working as disbudding, thinning out and clipping the foliage. Starting since 2016 to work on organic way (treatments in 2016 and mechanical tilling since 2017). Harvest is carried in small crates.It lasted from 15 to 20 days. The fermentation starts slowly and extraction is done with punching down, foulage and pumping over. Then, they were aged in barrels, demi-muid and concrete tank (only for third of the volume and only this year). The bottling held on the 28th of August 2019.The 2018 vintage is a blending from the three plots situated in the Corcelette climate.
