Cabernet Franc in its entirety. Grapes from more than 130-year-old vines are not only picked by hand, but also sorted in the vineyard. Only the best berries are picked from the grapes for this wine. It leaves your hands almost black, hence the name "Les mains sales". After selection, the grapes are pressed and fermented in two 300 liter oak barrels and aged for 24 months. The result is an incredibly filigree, elegant, berry wine with an incredible "finish" that just doesn't stop. Perfect with game, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, entrecotates.
