The grape soil is located at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level, the soil is clayey, slightly sandy, with a mixture of limestone and fossils. After harvesting and pressing, fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, then 15 months of maturation in oak barrels and 30 months of bottle cleaning. Intense ruby red. Notes of ripe red fruits with pancakes and blackberries, balanced by notes of chocolate and sweet spices in the nose. Intense, bold and dynamic taste with silky tannins that add complexity and duration to the finish.
