Pure and original Cabernet Franc. Deep gravel soil. Age of vines: 20 years. A typical wine, tinted with an intense red color. Red fruit aromas, aswell slightly pearl on the palate. Vinification / Aging: date of the harvest defined by analysis and tasting of the berries. Harvest in openwork boxes, gravity vatting in whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with daily foot treading for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. No filtration, no SO2.Recommended as an aperitif, tastings with friends, with tapas and cold meats.
