The history of Château de Montfaucon dates back to the 11th century when the 1st tower of the Château was built. In 1520, the first Montfaucon wines were made in the cellar at the foot of the Château. It was in the 18th century that the history of the family began with Joseph Gabriel de Pertuis who became Baron de Montfaucon and his son launched wine production. Since 1995, Rodolphe de Pins has owned the 60 hectares of the vineyard. The blend of 5 grape varieties is perfectly made to offer a rosé intended for haute cuisine.
