This fantastic red wine blend consists of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan in equal parts, harvested manually. Some of the wine is aged in barrels to create saturation, but too "heavy". The first note is strong in the aroma, followed by a persistent, but at the same time silky subtlety. It is dominated by red and black fruits, which are bright to feel in the aroma and also in the taste. Perfect balance!
