This wine is from 100% Negroamaro. Destemming and crushing of the grapes, thermo-controlled alcoholic fermantation with maceration for 8-10 days. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Aged in American and French oak barrels of second use for 10-12 months. Tasting notes: ruby red colour with purple hues; intense, spicy and fruity, with notes of black currants, berries, licorice and tobacco. Full-bodied, velvety, long-lasting and savoury aftertaste. Perfect with savoury first courses, grilled meat and hard cheese.
