Between sea and mountains, the Roussillon vineyards of Collioure benefit from a Mediterranean climate perfectly suited to the varieties of Grenache. The Bergerie des Abeilles range is made from the youngest vines of the Domaine de la Rectorie, in the fresh terroir of Les Abeilles, in the hinterland of Banyuls. Direct pressing. Fermentation and aging in barrels for 7 months. Bottled in spring. Aromas of white fruits, on the palate both lively and structured. Can be stored from 5 to 8 years.
