The wine consists of 100% Vermentino grapes. The vineyard is located to the south, 430 meters above sea level. The soil is described as clayey, sandy with a mixture of limestone fossils. After the grapes are harvested, fermentation takes place in concrete tanks. Bottles are filled no earlier than 8 months after harvest. Bottle refining: 12 months. Exquisite one variety, - Vermentino, - straw yellow with youthful green, fresh accents. Elegant and consistent aroma with shades of white flowers, grapefruit, pear, white peach and pleasant minerality. Fresh and well balanced in taste with a durable light finish.
