The 2013 Rive Gauche / Rive Droite cuvée is a special champagne since it combines two exceptional ''terroirs''. The left bank of the Marne offers chardonnay with the Grand Cru villages of Oiry, Avize and Chouilly, while the right bank of the Marne gives superb Pinot Noirs with the village of Aÿ. The Rive Gauche / Rive Droite 2013 Hébrart cuvée is vinified in oak barrels and very lightly dosed (Extra Brut), it offers great complexity. It is a prestigious vintage to be reserved for very special moments.
Presentation by Jean-Paul Hébrart: "This is a cuvée that I imagined by deciding to tap into the richness and diversity of the estate of the house which stretches on both banks of the Marne. I vinified the Rive Gauche / Rive Droite cuvée in wood, without filtration, and it is dosed extremely lightly. I love the complexity, harmony and controlled intensity of this cuvée.''
