Marc Hebrart Clos le Leon Dizy Extra Brut Millésime 2014

Clos Le léon used to be a secret secret kept by Jean Paul Hebrart and is now ready to be revealed! Clos Le Léon, located on the site of the Dizy Premier Cru on the historic slopes of Champagne, was divided into 3 heritage sites. Jean Paul's dream as a winemaker has always been to combine these 3 plots of land to restore the original Clos and give this magnificent territorial prestige it deserves. After 14 years of patience and perseverance, this dream came true. The vineyard is located on the south-facing 1er Cru Dizy Epernay, near the border with Aý. Jean Paul harvests Chardonnay grapes when they are optimally ripe and the wine must in the barricades used. After 7 months, he puts this champagne in larger barrels, where it is cleaned of fine sediment for another 6 years.
