Kleofe is a new, elegant Extra Brut in the name of a great family tradition, the history of which spans several generations. They decided to dedicate this spumante to nonna Cleofe, the mother of the founder, Gianfranco Follador. They pay tribute to her by giving this dry, irresistible millesimato her name. It has straw yellow colour, a fine, persistent bead, and notes of rose, white peach and pear. Ideal as an aperitif. Goes well with first courses as well as fish, vegetables and white meats. Sparkling winemaking method: Following 12-18 hours of cold maceration, the wine'.s effervescence is created via a 40/50-day second fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18° C.
