Domaine Charly Nicolle, with less than one hectare, was founded in 1979 by Robert Nicolle and Josette Laroche, both of whom can trace their history from the Fleys winemaking families to the late 19th century. "Per Aspera" is a beautifully structured Chablis from a small independent manufacturer that produces seriously good quality Fine Chablis. Typically, the highest quality Chablis white flowers and chopped oyster shell aromas cannot be more authentic than this.
